These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cupreo, operated by AIMesh Labs ("we," "us," or "our") at coffee.aimeshlabs.ai. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Cupreo provides AI-powered tools for coffee professionals, including quality grading, roast profile analysis, menu optimization, content generation, equipment maintenance guidance, waste tracking, health inspection preparation, subscription analytics, and customer intelligence. Our service uses artificial intelligence to analyze data you provide and generate recommendations.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@aimeshlabs.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cupreo only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service beyond normal API usage.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its outputs without our written consent.
• Upload malicious content, malware, or content that infringes on others' rights.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI outputs provided by Cupreo are suggestions and informational tools, not professional advice. You should always verify AI-generated recommendations with qualified professionals before acting on them.

Health Inspection Guidance

Compliance guidance provided by our Health Inspection Prep tool is based on the FDA Food Code and general food safety best practices. Always verify compliance requirements with your local health authority. AI-generated checklists and recommendations do not replace official health department inspections or certifications.

Equipment Troubleshooting

Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting guidance is provided for informational purposes only. Contact a certified technician for equipment repairs and maintenance. We are not responsible for damage resulting from actions taken based on AI-generated equipment advice.

Business Recommendations

Menu pricing, subscription, and business optimization recommendations are based on AI analysis and industry benchmarks. They do not constitute financial or business consulting advice. Consult with appropriate professionals for business decisions.

5. Subscription and Billing

Plans and Pricing

Cupreo offers multiple subscription tiers, including Free and paid plans. Current pricing and feature details are available on our website at coffee.aimeshlabs.ai.

Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period after the notice period.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Platform

Cupreo, including its software, design, AI models, and documentation, is owned by AIMesh Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the service, including business data, images, and other content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

AI-Generated Output

You may use AI-generated outputs (analysis reports, recommendations, generated text) for any lawful business purpose, including commercial publication. We do not claim ownership of outputs generated from your inputs. Note that similar inputs from different users may produce similar outputs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIMesh Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service.
• Any AI-generated content or recommendations.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any third-party conduct on the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIMesh Labs from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

• By you: You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@aimeshlabs.ai.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
• Data export: Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. After 30 days, we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Massachusetts. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdictional limits.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, internet or infrastructure failures, third-party API outages or changes, power failures, or labor disputes.

15. Export Control

You may not use the Service from any country or region subject to U.S. sanctions or export restrictions. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or region.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AIMesh Labs regarding your use of Cupreo.
